I have not had 1 but 2 really bad experience here now.
I am actually thinking about removing all of my accounts and loans with ECU.
This is the only one I will go to. Always have had bad experiences at the others.
We went to get my paycheck cashed there on DEC 22 (just as we do every 2 weeks at 5 on Fridays) the bank clerk was just about to give me my money and the manager stopped her and told us they had to put a hold on my check because we was late on a loan payment but we was not even late when we told them we wasn't late they didn't care and now we have to cancel Christmas for our family thanks ecu you guys are great .happy holidays
This is the only one I like to go to,the ladies at the one by holston valley are extremely rude and unprofessional
This is the best place ever in my opinion u trust them easily plus u feel like family there.
They have became very judgmental on appearances.
