Called to check if they knew when direct deposits would hit due to the Thanksgiving holiday and was greeted by a lady who was very condescending and acted like it was a bother that I even called, extremely unprofessional and disconcerting as a long time customer. If you hate your job, quit, don't take it out on the customers.
