So a day and a half into a six day event there was no stock and two days later still no stock. This is a pretty constant occurrence with events at this store. This is an epic failure in forecasting / inventory management and whoever is responsible should be fired immediately because it ruins the customer experience and causes numerous customers to lose faith in Starbucks ability deliver on promises and event hype.
Zack is amazing .He give the best customer service around. He has it . Give that man a raise a promotion and another share of stock.
This one is a keeper .Quality .Thank you Zack for really caring about my Starbuck experience. The mermaid would be proud.
Service is wonderful. Most of the baristas know customers by name. The coffee is delicious...especially from Sept - Dec.
Drinks were great. Drive thru baristo guy forgot to give my CCard back....fast but...
