Whoever answered the phone was snippy and rude. He couldn't give me a direct answer and I could barely even make out what he was saying through his lazy hick accent. I guess I wouldn't know if they do good work or not since I didn't even want to bother with them after that experience.
They don't overcharge you here and Norman is pretty straightforward with you. They also do the work in a very timely manner.
Norman diagnosed for free and determined it needed a tuneup as it had 140k and not had one. He also found a coil that was bad and fixed that.
He did it all for $140!!
Norman is a super nice guy and is about the fairest mechanic I have ever dealt with in my life.
My car was running funny and the GM dealership wanted $98 to do a diagnostic.
