June 19, 2016 was my first visit to the store. I can't say I like for the sales people to follow me around the store and comment on every item that I take off the rack to get a better look at it. I prefer to shop without stalkers. But I do give this store a 5 star rating because the embellished poncho blouse that I wanted to purchase was not available in my size so, Amelia I think was her name, called all the local stores until she found that blouse in my size. She located it in Pigeon Forge and had them send it to Kpt for me. It was even a 40% off item and most places won't do that for you. So although I was first thrown off by the sales person following me around, I will definitely shop here again because they went out of their way to get my blouse for me.
Love the selection of clothes.
Wife shopped here all of the time for years, staff use to be top notch. New staff is rude and apparently husbands and kids are no longer welcome here. Will not be back to this location
