Dr. Osterhus has been my ENT doctor for about 8 years and has performed surgery on my sinus passages. I have nothing but high marks for him. My complaint with the Meadowview ENT Office is that you can rarely get an appointment when you really need one and as a result I usually just go to the Urgent Care Centers and receive less than what I need. Most of the time instead of giving you your next appointment while checking out they say they have not made their schedule that far and that they will send you a letter. Well, when you get the letter and call you will be placed on hold for way more than 10 minutes to make your next appointment. This is the ONLY doctor's office that does not seem to know how to make appointments for 6 months and beyond. Last time there I told them that they had a piss poor office operation. I had no more than arrived home than the office staff called me to tell me that Dr. Osterhus did not appreciate my lack of respect for his office staff and no longer wanted to treat me. When I next see my regular doctor I guess I will have to ask him to recommend another ENT doctor for me. UPDATE: Today, 2/08/16 I received a CERTIFIED LETTER from Dr. David R. Osterhus which reads: Due to your inappropriate behavior with my staff, a breakdown in the physician/patient relationship has occurred and I can no longer participate in your care. I will be available for any emergency (emergency underlined and bold letters) ear, nose and throat care for the next 30 days while you are pursuing care under another ENT physician. I am happy to forward your records to another ENT physician of your choice. Respectfully, David R. Osterhus, MD. My only purpose in posting this review is that if you are searching for an ENT doctor your should know that Dr. Osterhus appears to be more concerned with the feelings of his office staff than he is in the well being of his patients.
