Recently fixed my ingrown toenail with great results. They file with insurance carrier with no problems. Made me the most comfortable custom orthotics 16 years ago which are still going strong. This "doctor" 100% refused to work with my insurance company to fit me for desperately needed orthotics. Told me, I had to pay him 125.00 up front, before his "business partner" would even make them for me and that his "business partner" made them in his spare time in his garage!! Then I could make payments on the 125.00 that would owed after I received them. Beware of this guy, he is conducting some shady business practices!!
