Excellent care! Multiple physicians have been involved with different members of our family. All have been specific for individuals needs. Improving in technics daily for Our Community's needs.
Medical knowledge and treatment were excellent, and some technicians show compassion; however, others show complete lack of compassion for a 91-year woman by telling her that she was going to "speed up her heart" to test her pacemaker and offering no assurances when she did, totally ignoring her anxiety, and by telling her daughters (in front of her) that she was in "total heart block" and dependent on the pacemaker. While we accept the truth to that statement, the lack of regard for the patient was mind-boggling. Compassion and bedside manner should be an absolute requirement for anyone in the medical field.

Called and talked to scheduling and the lady was extremely rude and condescending. If she was in front of me I would have called for her superior. Train these people. Just plain rude. I would give 0 stars.
