The staff in the store are great. NEVER get a flex loan from them. My contract states my payments were due at the first if every month. They decided several times to try to take funds from my bank account everyb two weeks. After many phone calls and them apologizing a lot, they are supposed to stop taking funds every two weeks but I'm out the $58 they charged me for not having money in my account when they decided to take it out.
Man this place is awesome. I got free money orders and they let me pay my bills for free. Such a great place. You should really ask about the Flex loan, it's like a virtual credit card.
Today at advanced financial the lady's were freaking awesome. They were very helpful and helped me fully understand the payments and stuff. Their names were Kayla and Katie. If i was u these lady's know what there are doing. And they need raises. My experience here was great and they didnt make me feel bad for needing to come and get a loan like most other loan company's do. I will tell all my friends that they need to come here for money matter either by cashing checks or needing a loan. U guys need more friendly and happy car like these lady's. Katie was especially helpful. Please gives these ladies raises cause they certainly know what there doing and gave me a pleasant experience. From now on I will always bring my child support and alimony checks here.

The only reason they are getting 3 stars instead of 1 is the staff in store worked with me all they could and helped me prove that my contract said my payments were due monthly.
It was great. They were very patient with me because I had never had a flex loan before and the whole loan took some time and it was a great experience!
