I called multiple florists in Kingsport and not only was this shop the most helpful, they were definitely the nicest and most accommodating. The first person I talked with was very sweet and helpful. I told her I'd call back when I decided what to send (meaning I was going to check some other places for price and delivery charge). The other three places I called were not nearly as friendly and I could tell none of them wanted to take the time to listen as I talked out what I was looking for. So I called back to Downtown and got a different lady, but she was as nice and helpful as the first person I spoke with. I haven't seen the final product yet, but I can tell you that the phone ordering experience was delightful. The lady was so helpful, so accommodating, and very patient, as I don't make decisions lightly or well. So I asked a lot of questions, took time to think about everything--what to order, how much to spend, what to put on the card, what day should it be delivered. And this lady was still NICE to me :). A little patience and kindness goes a long way with me and this shop definitely delivered (no pun intended).

They did a very bad job .... I went in with a photo of a boutonniere an corsage and they said they could do it...so i picked it up today and it looked nothing like the photo i gave them at all.I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

I was more than satisfied with my order. I live out of state and ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a friend as a gift for her wedding. I spoke with Roy and he made it absolutely effortless! My friend was in love with them! She sent me a picture and they were gorgeous! I would highly recommend and use them again!
