AAA-I has been very professional every time we have had conversations on the phone with Pam and service calls with any of their technicians. We had both our old heat pumps replaced since buying our home in 2015 and are very pleased with our Amana products. AAA-1 has been prompt in coming to our home when needed, they have given us excellent service, and even called after the installation of our last heat pump to make sure everything was OK. We will continue to use them for our heating & cooling needs.
They are super nice and really work with you if you're stuck in a situation. They installed my Central A.C. and did wonderful. Gave some friendly advice to help me out. Then, my basement flooded and ruined my furnace, and they made sure I knew all my options all while keeping my best interest in mind. I will always call them if I need something and definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. Would give 10 stars if I could!
They called and made the appointment before showing up. The Serviceman was polite and friendly. The rate was locked in which was less than was quoted on the phone. It was reasonable and that is savings. They said they would call before they sent someone out to schedule an appointment each time. That's good because you wont have someone show up on your doorstep that you weren't expecting. I would recommend them.
I have used AAA-1 several times thru my business rental properties & at our church. They have been very prompt every time & courteous to meet our needs. I highly recommend them for any needs someone would have in the heat & air industry. Good luck to them & thanks for all their help.
Prompt response. Great technician. Pricey but that's probably a function of the Carrier system and not so much AAA-1. Thanks for good work.
