After having to go to Knoxville tn office i became even more disappointed in this office.

Most incompetent government office anywhere, and SLOW doesn't even touch this place. If you plan on going go early in the morning and plan on staying all day long cause thats how long it will take. When u do finally speak to someone be prepared because they will either have no clue what u r talking about or they will treat u like a second rate citizen.
Why would u have all 6 windows open but only 2 with people actually working them? You have SIX windows, not an empty seat in the waiting area but u only have to in operation, this is why u all stay so backed up. This office seriously needs help
It showed as wise county... And trying to get a number for wise county is unbelievable!!!
