Great sales, very hard to find items.
Usually buy T Shirts and gifts for my kids here because its one of the only stores that sells anime and alot of pokemon merch. The employees are very very rude though. Not helpful at all. Ive seen management talk badly to customers too. I dont go in here anymore unless I have to. Only to buy my son gifts on occasion. Wouldnt recommend this place for customer service at all.
the fat female manager is really rude and lazy always looks like her employees do all the work plus I saw her be very rude to a handicapped man one day . I over one employee say she is always in the bathroom and on her phone most of her shift on a regular basis business has went down since she took over I just hope fye corporate fires her before its too late
The larger employee wouldn't look up an item for me. Another employee that was actually nice looked it up for me and found it for me, I hate the other one I never shop there when she's the only one there
Good items, many that are hard to find. But one of the employs can be very rude. Some times the exact price of an item isn't certain. Also have a bit of concern if one of the employs might be pocketing money.
