Nice place to walk. It's pretty and fairly clean. You can tell that this place is maintained.
One of our favorite places to run in the Tri-Cities. This end is a little hilly, the other pretty flat. The middle section through downtown isn't much fun, but both ends are wonderful. Great community resource.
