I shop here for fish and aquarium supplies. A young lady that works there isn't very knowledgeable but, 2 other employees seem to know what they are talking about.
Word of caution they will hand you what you need but if you look you will find lower priced brands that do the same thing. Over all I've had great results with the fish and products purchased from The pet cove.
The care of the animals is poor and quite overpriced. Snakes are cohabbed in tiny enclosures. The service was also very poor. The person "assisting" me and my boyfriend knew nothing of the products I asked about and was very rude and treated us like they had better things to do than to assist us. This isn't the first time it happened from them. All but one other time the the staff had been rude. They weren't friendly and/or informative and just wanted us out of there, it felt.
Absolutely amazing fish selection. Many varietys of freshwater and saltwater. This store has the most fish out of pet stores in the Kingsport area. Good variety of amphibians and reptiles as well
This place is great. Friendly staff and wonderful animals. Frozen foods are much better priced than anywhere else I have been, so are crickets. They have a nice bug collection as well as reptile and amphibian. Beautiful Beta fish and a wide variety of freshwater and ocean fish. They accept trusted local breeders into business and do a great job at what they do. If they seem rushed, relax, wouldn't you be frazzled if you had to deal with screeching birds all day? More than likely a best improvement would be to increase their staff. Its a small store, so possibly 1 person and depending what the future holds 2 more would be best.
Wonderful costumer service, good prices and very honest. Great help if your a newbie getting started on fish tanks, reptiles, ect. I don't go anywhere else.
