Do 'NOT' apply here or live here! This whole complex is infested with bed bugs, lice, rats, drugs, needles ,and garbage. Management is the worst! I have never seen a place being run like this one. One day while I was at work , management let them selfes into my apartment without letting me know or anything. The only reason I learned they have come to my house is by noticing my personal belonging's turned up missing. A ipad , jewelry and, cash. I have filed a police report but have to wait it out. Police are here on a daily basis too, at night this place turned into a damn zoo. You have fights, parties way past 12am , loitering, and God forbid you raise your children here. Your son or daughter can go outside and play yet they will come home one day and tell you a kid punched them in the face just for the he'll of it. If this sounds like a great community please pack your bags and come on right over. You will be greeted by the most unproffessional staff that you have ever met. More then half of the maintenance are drug addict's and don't know what they are doing.the main woman here is a scam artist and is well known for her past in this area. I have been waiting for repairs for 6 months now. All they have to do is come and replace my my light sockets.......unbelievable!
DO NOT move to Miller Village nothing but bed bugs, RATS,drug deals, fights, needles in trees, no playground nothing but poles un professional management and esp maintenance (Randy) seems to know what he's doing,it's bad as model city THANK GOD I'm finally out of that place, don't be fooled by how it looks outside.. kid's playing in the middle of the Streets kids keying ppls car's hitting them with their bikes or scooters, security camera doesn't work,ppl on drugs asking u for drugs it's horrible, management is running like a jail like I said unprofessional!!!
This is a nice place to live, we haven't had any problems and it is so quiet at night, you could literally hear a pen drop in the breezeway. The office staff is nice, and they make sure repairs are taken care of fast. Haven't seen any roaches or anything since we have been here. Neighbors are nice and friendly.
I lived here with my son and husband for almost 4 year's it was like a neighborhood family everyone got along and helped each other when in need. I loved June(manager) she always helped me when I needed it. This place may have some issue's but what housing doesn't. I could feel ok with my son playing outside without worry I could leave item's outside and my car unlocked due without worry. They fixed issue's with problems in the apartment quickly. All the worker's truly made it a kid friendly place with the parties,game's,etc my son still calls it home after 2 years I'm sure their have been changes due to new worker's and new family's but I know I loved it when I lived there.
lots of drugs and dealers. most people doing wrong don't answer thier door when the police are called. Hideing out criminals. Most of all Children watching and not taken care of. Sad. I kept knocking on the door of #35 to find my daughter, turns out she was in jail for Public Drunk, left her baby wit jack Martin who has no ties to the baby, and infact is going to the grand jury the 16 of next mo. because of her and her history of fighting. I wish I could send you a pic. of my face and whAT SHE DID TO ME LESS THEN A WK AGO. I love her AND WORRY ABOUT LITTLE JAX AND HER EVERYDAY, she is an addict and will never get her 6 yr. old back. this is so sad. I wish you all held meetings for addiction.....yet I'mmade out to bethe bad one here, ok ban me.....who wants to go where your daughte hits on the people who love her most???? I have to let her fall, and it rips my guts out. One last note, There is a NO CONTACT ORDER on Jack Martin and Katelyn Flanary.
