Food fare was excellent. Customer service is horrible. Staff acts like they don't want to be there and it is evident from the time you order to the time you leave. Got very tired of hearing the guy scream out order numbers in the worst attitude imaginable. Just a terrible place to try to enjoy a meal. Shame because the food is excellent.

The most amazing and authentic Italian food in kingsport! If you are wanting frozen stouffers, go to Olive Garden! Every dish is made to order!
Updated- 2 months later and these guys still continue to scream at customers. "NUMBERRRRR SIXTY SEVEN PLEASEEEEEE". C'mon guys, no one likes to eat where you scream all the time and just because you say "PLEASE" at the end doesn't mean We appreciate the screaming. Also, don't act so miserable to your customers.
