I have been going to this wonderful spa for over a decade. The first few times were for random massages and facials which always exceeded my expectations. Then, I finally decided to try the hair salon. I have been going to Lisa for over 7 years now and am ALWAYS amazed at how she makes my hair look fantastic. I have never been this loyal, because I have never in my life had such amazing results consistently. It is a very welcoming, relaxing atmosphere and each and every person there makes you feel welcome.
Whitney is fantastic with haircuts, styles and color. Sylvia is wonderful with manicures and pedicures. Everyone at the salon is very welcoming. I would recommend them, I get compliments on my hair ALL the time. :)
I have been going to Results since I moved to Kingsport 2 years ago. When looking for a new salon, I always pay attention to my co-workers hair to see whose always looks good. Then I ask who they go to. I asked five people and they all said "Results". It's all the recommendation I needed. Whitney is a truly gifted stylist and a delight to work with. I also appreciate that it is an Aveda Concept salon.
I got one of the worst perms here ever. The beautician stayed on the phone while doing the perm and only applied chemicals to the phone side of my head and then left it on too long while she gabbed. One side was burnt up and the other side straight. What can you do with that?
I have been going to Results for years. Kelli is the best, she always does an amazing job with my hair. I love everyone down there, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
