We reserved an intermediate SUV. When I went to pick up the car I was given a choice between a Jeep Compass and a Dodge Journey. The Journey was actually supposed to cost $5 more per day because it was larger, but it was offered at the same price as the Compass. We chose the Journey and were very pleased with its performance. We ended up using the 3rd row seat to transport our extended family to dinner. Overall, the rental process was quick and painless. All my information was already loaded on their iPad. I did not have to wait when picking up or returning the car. My receipt was emailed to me as was the rental agreement. The car was ready when I got to the office, it was clean and I was shown all its special features. The staff was very friendly and professional, both in appearance and demeanor. I was offered a ride home when I returned the car, which I didn’t need but appreciated. Enterprise obviously values its customers. This was not the first time I have chosen them and my experiences in the past were also positive. I will continue to chose Enterprise for my rental car needs.
