Cashiers with sloth DNA. There were 8 people in line, took cashier 10 min to ring one with 3 items. I thought well may be the customer that is slow, but next customer took 8 min for 2 items. I went to find another register, all were in the same situation 8+ people in line and it was not moving. Came back to original line, they were still on the 3rd customer. 3 people checked out in almost 25 min with no more than 10 items between them. Dropped my stuff and walked out.
Lots of things were half price plus got an extra 15% off. Loved it!! Good selection.

I love JC Penny in general. I appreciated their lack of coupons for a while that brought their prices way down but apparently most people weren't fond of the idea and it went back to how it was. Still, with a coupon they have some great deals and I raid their clearance sections often.
