Site to store needs to stay open later than 8 pm during the holiday season and on weekends. Traveling from Virginia to Tennessee to pick up a package. I was going to be a few minutes late, so i called the store to see if i could still pick my packages up and was told NO...they shut down at 8.
Clean and organized store. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.. I had always chosen to do all my shopping here in the past because they done price match guarantee. But as a few months ago they stopped offering it. That's the only reason why I'm giving 3stars. If the price match guarantee was brought back I would start doing all my shopping here again. But even with them saying the are matching the sales in the area I've found that's not quite so. So I'm now having 2 go2 more store's in order2do my shopping so my money goes further& I'm able2get all my family needs. Which is causing lots of my time that could be spent doing other things.. PLEASE BRING BACK YOUR ADD PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
Bathrooms are PATHETIC and pure nasty, workers that are rude and talk about you infront of you or other customers or employees, employees that have no clue WHAT they’re even doing. The wait for ONE layaway line is absolutely a JOKE. The man you see every day walking around plain out lied about being employed there (which is a sin) works for them as a security guard to see who is stealing. Yet, I guess he just lives there since he doesn’t work there but is there every single day! Honestly, spending $100 in clothes you could not even put into layaway. I recommend staying far away from that hell whole as much as possible. Go to the one on Fort Henry they at least have all their ducks in a row and can handle a simple clean up job, answer a simple question without being rude and talking about you to the next customer or employee they see. I wouldn’t even give them a half a star!!! The only reason there is one star is because I couldn’t post this without taping one but like I said they don’t deserve a half a star much less anything nice to say since they have nothing nice to say or do for you!
This is a Super Walmart in the middle of nowhere. Even when it's busy it's not too crowded. Nice, helpful associates just make it even better.
I shop this store for the better prices in our community. If the price is lower at one of their competitors you get your money back including taxes on the savings catcher app. I will say I've shopped Wal-Mart Supercenters for many years and I feel the standards have lowered, not only this one but many I've shopped in across the states! Our Neighborhood Market here in Kingsport holds great standards in the store including in stocks. Produce quality should be improved in the warehouse it comes from is really the only negative I have about the market!
