Its always 50/50 at this location. There are some great employees that work here also there is some terrible employees that work at this location. Also they try to pressure older customers into buying new things they dont need in order to get commission.
Bought new printer with 2 year Geek Squad support. Printer not showing up in devices so it can be used. Best Buy Geek Squad will not help trouble shoot the installation without me paying an additional $100. Was on phone with five different employees from 8 am to 1240 pm. Yes five hours....for no one to help. Not recommended.
Great experience with staff, very knowledgeable-however, I prefer not to have to wait and shop on Amazon, but when you only have two gaming monitors in the entire store, and both of them are out of stock I get a little annoyed. I find it funny that these kind of big box stores are going out of style, yet cant keep an inventory of basic items like gaming monitors. This is why people choose amazon.
I bought a new Kindle Fire, and had some issues getting everything coordinated (with my previous Kindle). There were a few things that defeated me, just could not get past them. Two days in a row Bram Sword from the geek squad helped me get everything squared away. He was endlessly patient and did a great job for me. Both times. A big thanks to Bram, his help is much appreciated!!
Justin was extremely helpful. He fixed the problem I was having with my blue tooth and he also blocked calls I was receiving from telemarketers. This young man is very intelligent and is very thoughtful in the way he treats people. You are blessed to have him on your team.
