The billing is never consistent and even the billing hotline can't explain the bill.
Friendly and helpful staff. I have had T-Mobile service for almost 2 years now and I have experienced no issues.
If you're a cute girl, the employees will go through your phone to get your info and add you on social media. They mock and laugh at elderly customers as they are leaving. -privacy and professionalism doesn't exist within this corporation.
I 100% recommend this T-mobile store based on my experience. I went in to switch from AT&T and Robert was very helpful and made the switch painless. A++
The staff is generally clueless about their processes and services. The employees in store have to call a corporate number to get most things done, so you're better off just calling on your own. They sit in the corner and chat with each other while you are waiting on them to do their part of your upgrade/return/etc. The customer service is some of the worst I have experienced.
I would recommend going without a phone over using this company.
Usually fast service and the employees are friendly. Sometimes they will be clueless about a new program or sale, so I think that management should do more training. Overall, it's a good store.
The only reason they get two stars is because eventually, they did end up being able to achieve what I needed done. -but I assure you, it was a process.
I would probably give a 4.5 because we have had a couple of problems with the phones needing to be reset, etc. but we have always received very good service here so I have to give that part of it 5 stars.
