Excellent job done by the workers sent out, price a bit high and misquoted. I contracted this service to clean my gutters and build an doorway/install a door inside my home. Quoted $594 for the roof (it had not been cleaned in over 3 years and needed tree trimming done) and $620 for the door. I was surprised but it was said that the gutters were in such bad shape it would take all day to clean it. The roof work was completed to my great satisfaction, but in only 3 hours. The owner did offer s $100 credit but $500 for 3 hours of gutter cleaning and tree trimming is a bit high to me. I was very satisfied with the door work. However, it was another 'all day' job that took roughly 4 hours. I would recommend this service but get a second quote and hang on to your original sheet, as the site work orders the workers had was different than mine.
Neighbor called them to replace the door knob and change the locks they showed up for a couple hrs but couldn't figure out how to fix the doors & told the neighbor she had wrong kind of door knob/locks and "then took the locks supposedly to exchange them at lowes (both sets where the one of the most expensive sets you can buy!!!) And they haven't showed back up yet to fix the locks that they took with them!!!!! This was a month ago and HONEYDO SERVICE INC!!! HASN'T BEEN SEEN SINCE!!!!!!!!
Used them in 2015 and was thrilled with their service. This year, I called to get them to clean my gutters. I had to wait 12 days for someone to come and look at them and provide an estimate. No one called with the estimate so after a week I called them.
The said the person that did the estimate was on vacation and took the paperwork with them, so I waited another three days. Finally, they agreed since they couldn't find the estimate to do it for the same price as last time and scheduled an appointment a week and a half away.
Horrible job on ceiling. The job was overpriced and the work was so sub-par. The ceiling looks 100% worse than before they worked on it.
I have used their service many times and have always been very happy with the outcome. They are very trustworthy and I plan on using them again for future projects. A+
Got a call this morning , a few days before they are scheduled to do the work that they don't want to do the job. The owner ( I assume that is who called) had a very non nonchalant that they had wasted over a month of my time in an effort to do business with them. Will not make that mistake again.
