After Charge Nurse bashed the doctor he acquiesced to her decision. Charge Nurse assigned another patient with an apparent foot fungus to the room. At one point, disrespectful staff had placed her foot fungi infected slippers on the table between the closets nearby my relatives toiletries. We literally had to DE-BACTERIALIZE the toiletries & FUMIGATE the room, nightly!
ABSOLUTE THUMBS DOWN! Too unsanitary! Too inattentive to true needs of all patients. Center outdoor area is filthy, needs SERIOUS SPRUCE UP! Grounds needs mold-remediation and SERIOUS rehab of gazebo-like structure. New BBQ grill is sorely needed!
Pls if your elderly loved one is hypersensitive (sensitive to chemicals with emissions or PFC's, fragrances, air-pollutants, cleaning product emissions, etc.). Plus if the patient is ethnic I BEG YOU go somewhere else for the patients sake!
First day, seemed to be a caring & attentive staff. Only one doctor for an entire floor! Ludicrous! Next morn and thereafter, explicit signs of no comprehension of the term 'hypersensitivity' and no respect for 'Hypersensitive' elderly patients. Doctor ordered 'Private Room' due to hypersensitivities of patient but rude, disrespectful and mule-brained Charge Nurse deliberately and blatantly ignored doctors order.
Staff just stood around looking guilty but stupid! Claiming they had no idea who would have done that. Suffice it to say, I was EXTREMELY happy to get my relative the heck out of that horrible facility!
The best in rehab care
Get patients up as early as 4 am. My dad gotten up at 5 am this morning. Also, dad could not hear the PT assistant. We didn't know this. We only knew he was not responding to her. We ask for a change. This didn't happen until we figured out he could not hear her.
