Terrible Insurance agency, employee Kasi Hatton is a liar and assured me that an accident would be taken off my record because it wasn't my fault.... 2 months later I get a bill in the mail saying I owe for it again, I refused to pay it Now they up and canceled my policy for no reason because they CLAIM I am at fault (a woman pulled out in front of me!!!), Do not do business with ALLSTATE or their incompetent employee Kasi Hattan.

Used to be great until kathie epps left, then Kathie's quotes weren't stood by , they took almost 3 times what was quoted out of our acct , tried getting it back was never returned , only home was returned then I get a letter from collection agency , wanting 159$ real funny how they dont stand by quotes & try to get more $ from us your branch is truly a joke , at least kathie took care of customers , yet you over charge more then double #fact
I've had insurance with Allstate, through Ricki Rhoten, sense I was 16, and am how 46. Ricki has always gone above and beyond. If I have ever had a problem, she has made sure it was handled quickly. Allstate has been a great company too. It may cost a little more than others, but you get what you pay for. In the long run, you will save money by good with Allstate and Ricki Rhoten.
