I've been dealing with these guys for 9 years. They are all top notch people. They are priced very competitive. I bought something for my wife there and about six months later I met a man who had bought the same thing from a big name jeweler. He paid a $1200 more. With service, purchases, repairs and cleaning these guys have always been great. I used to shop around till I found this place.
Repaired my watch quickly and reasonably. Very professional staff.
Less than a year later I'm back there to have it repaired again. They point out the damage that they inflicted on the ring and said it would cost more to fix than last time. I said "you guys did this to it". The sales associate said "doesn't matter, do you want it fixed or not?" NO THANK YOU! I will not give them my business ever again.
They came highly recommended, so I took a ring in to be repaired. They damaged it, didn't set the diamond correctly but I figured this was the best that could have been done considering what I needed done with the ring. I lived with it.
