Seems that they dont care much about service as i went last time .my pizza was over cooked as well as thdy didnt have what i asked for when paying for spices gor my pizza .. delivery is not that good either
I had a special request and Dakota, bless his heart, came in early the next day just to be able to fulfill it
When I have opted for carry out, the workers at this store are always nice.
I've never had my order messed up or confused, and delivery is always on time, which you can track via app.
Easy app to use and the cook, delivery time, and drivers are top notch. Highly recommend this Dominoes.
Dominos is my favorite "big chain" pizza place.
My family and I ordered pizza from here last night (oct.29) it was a delivery and they messed up on the toppings. So when we called back to let them no they messed up they offered us a free remake of our order. So we called today and ordered the same toppings for delivery again, only the be let down for a second time!! One of the pizzas wasn't done and the second, well was disgusting!! My daughter pulled a hair out of her mouth and almost threw up!! I was so upset that I immediately called back up to Domino's pizza and ask for a manager. I got a guy named Matthew who had a really bad attitude and was very rude with me!! He accused me off wanting free pizza and then hung up on me. When I called straight back to ask who the manager over him was he told me that person would be there in the morning and hung up on me again! So I am going up there in the morning to try and speak to someone about this nastiness. I have worked at numerous restaurants and are at several also, and I have never been treated this way before by anyone. This buisness is getting aBIG ZERO rating from me.I wouldn't recommend it to my dog!!
