I love there food but tonight there serivice was awfull there wait time for delivery was 2 hour but i did not mind to wait mind to wait the guy repeat to it was going to be 2 hours. He seemed to not want me to order he was so rude they have lost a good customer i will never order from there again
Ordered a Phil chess steak pizza and it was made wrong, crust wasn't right, not speaking of the hair in the pizza, anyways we got sick after we eat it and I called up there, the manager was very rude people cursing in the background about orders and Al he could say is we flipped the boards this morning, all I wanted him to do was make sure the meat was good,.. Just because it's fresh does not mean it's good, the pizza didn't even smell right.. Horrable Horrable excuse for a restraunt and poor customer service#GetBetterManagers
The pizza was okay but the people were not friendly at all. No one greeted me, no one smiled, if they weren't taking your order or your money they ignored you. One man was sitting in there waiting on his pizzas, they were ready, sitting on a rack; not one employee told him they were ready, they sat on that rack for 15 minutes until he got up and asked for them.
Never order from this store again.
I ordered 2.5 hours early for a 6:15 delivery. At 6:45 I called the store after an extensive hold Inwas told my order was going into the oven because it was previously broken. I am 20 minutes away, so now my 6:15 delivery was going to be around 7:45. I asked for a discount since we they did not think calling us to inform us of the late delivery was needed. After three more golds, the manager told the person to tell me (I heard him), “if it’s that same due, tell him we ain’t gonna does not anything, no discounts”.
I asked for an immediate refund. Hopefully it will come.
Also, the restaurant was filthy, dirty floors, not just in the kitchen area either, and flies were buzzing around. I will not go back
Decent pizza and sides. Cinnamon pull apart desert is great.
