Food is what you'd expect, service is ok. My biggest problem is how loud it is in there. But, atmosphere is good for sports and cheap bar food.
Worst place in kingsport. The food is slow and usually cold too. I get that it's kind of a sports bar but it's so loud in there you can't have a conversation without needing to scream at each other across a small table. It's ridiculous
Horrible!!!! My fiance and I and our two children decided to come here for what we thought would be a good dinner. We got the ultimate nachos he got a steak wrap and I got the classic wrap but I wanted balsamic vinaigrette dressing on it. My son's both got mac and cheese and french fries we ordered chocolate milk for one and apple juice for the other.. the apple juice never came when we asked the server told me that I must not of heard him when he said he didn't have it. Which that never occurred... My fiance ended up with a steak sandwich instead of the wrap and I ended up with a wrap with ranch on it and fries that had some type of seasoning on it.... The manager did take off both meals off the bill but now I'm stuck finding something at home cause I'm not going to make my family sit somewhere so I can have a dinner... You go out to avoid cooking and enjoy table time with your family and good food... Not to have everything messed up besides Mac and cheese.... I would not recommend going to this location...
Food is decent but it's quicker to grow the ingredients and raise the chicken than to wait on carryout. I thought maybe my first experience was just a fluke so a week later I tried it again, and it is not. The second time I went there they had 13 servers for 9 full tables. I ended up sitting for 15 minutes waiting on food that was supposed to be ready at the time I arrived. I even ordered on both occasions almost an hour in advance. I enjoy their wings, and they are well prepared with a nice variety of flavors. But if I'm going to sit in a restaurant that long, I may as well be served and have my entire meal. It almost feels like this used to be a great place to go. I can see the reason why this place doesn't stay very busy even on Saturdays during football season.
Fast Friendly service. BUT ordered the Ultimate Nachos to go... BUT it doesn't take that long to put dry chips in a to-go box. FOR $9.08 you could afford to put more then a dab of cheese and chili ON MY NACHOS. I DIDNT ORDER JUST CHIPS!!!! I ask the hostess for more cheese/chili she came back with a small container about a table spoon of just cheese. I have never ate at buffalo wild wings and won't again. I paid $9 for chips.
