Dan's a GREAT guy, I'm just down the road from him in a small home with only one bathroom and he stopped by himself to repair a valve that made my toilet run and run. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I give the Owner of Dan's Plumbing a 5 star, simply because he was the one who figured out the issue. As Dan was leaving, he said he would bring someone with him when he comes back so they can run the new piping from my water heater to the shower. He said he would have someone pencil me in on the schedule and give me a call. They call later that day and tell me the time and what work will be performed. The day arrives and the plumbers show up but it's two.younger guys and no Dan (Which was fine because he is the owner, I really didn't expect him to show anyways). Now here is the deal breaker, the guys were informed to only check the piping under the house to check for a kinked line?? Really?? Copper lines that are 50 years old don't kink!!! I'm not stupid, either someone is driving the price up on me or someone has screwed up the work order. So I got out of line with them honestly and apologized, but it seems thats all people do these days, so it instantly pissed me off. So I called the office to figure out where the screw up came from. The office manager and I had it out and I told her that I decided no one was leaving until this was fixed or I wasn't paying. I told the guys to get on the phone with Dan and figure out what to do. Dan told them to complete the job as it should have been done and to apologize to me. Here's the kicker, the office manager called the guys after getting their proper instructions from the owner and she instructs them to tell me there was an emergency job that came up and they need to leave and will reschedule me. There were some other things she was trying to make them do, but I'm not going into that because, if I haven't over heard it myself, then the manager would try to fire these guys and I'm not giving her any leverage on them. But they told her they were instructed to stay and do the job properly as it should have been in the first place by Dan the owner. After everything was worked out and everyone cooled off and recollected their composure, they came in done the job, cleaned up their mess, and headed out. They done an excellent job. The job cost me $262.00 and that was with my materials that I bought from Lowes a few days before they arrived so everything would be here and ready for them to do the job from start to finish. Basically, I was charged for an hour of work when they had no clue what was going on until I got the manager and the owner on the phone so they could give these guys the proper work order. The mechanic charged me for $80 an hour @ 2.5 hrs and his helper $25 an hr @ 1.5 hours. Once I got everything corrected and them working it took 45 mins to perform the entire job start to finish. So I will pay that hour and Dan showed up and stayed for 30 mins a few days before, so rounding off by my calculations that's 1.5 hrs why was I charged an extra hour?? thats $80 per hr for the mechanic and $25 per hr for the helper, so $105 bucks over charged me to correct their work order mess. So my advice, they do great work but someone there is over charging and it's either the Owner or the Office Manager, make sure you keep an eye on this if you use them... Make sure you call and check the work order a day before to ensure it's correct.

We would definitely call on again! Nice guys, showed up right on time, completed the job quickly, and charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

Dan may be a good plumber but I'd never know it. His scheduler can't keep two thoughts together on the same trajectory. #boxofrocks

85.00 per service call plus 20.00 per hour for plumber plus 93.00 for tools. That's 198.00 for first hour! Then who knows what after that... What a rip-off. They must be from somewhere else. Everyone knows wages are depressed around here. Why the attempt at a rip-off. Be careful if you contact these people. Bad people don't have your best interest at heart. Do yourself a favor and don't both to call them.
