Just called them at lunch. I had already found the problem. Broken valve in the crawl space, easy to get to. I thought I'll fix it when I get home. I already cut the water off and the insulation. Called them $46 to come out so I'm like okay this is an easy fix! $125 max. I went back to work and my Fiance stayed. You guys took advantage so don't even reply. $199.95 and the guy was gone in 20 minutes. That's 4 times what I make and I work in Engineering. I gave you your chance!
