I have no idea how you paid half the cost at budget because they charge $99.99 a day just for the truck rental.
But anyways the ladies that works here are very helpful one of their names is brandy an she has been wonderful so has her co-worker that was their the day we rented the truck we got is a 26 footer truck
I reserved a 26' truck a week ahead of when I needed it. The day I was scheduled to pick it up I was informed that they rented the truck to someone else earlier in the week and that customer hadn't brought it back yet. Then we rescheduled to pick it up the following day and once again there still was no truck. Ultimately I ended up going to Budget Rentals and paid half of what I was going to pay at this U-Haul dealer.
