We received a very salty ham for Christmas that was purchased in a local food city. I emailed about and honestly didn't expect to hear back from them. But I Did! They have some great customer service and great food! Never had any issues with anything ever purchased from them. Miss April emailed me back in a timely manner and was sweet and quick to fix the problem! If I could give 10 stars I defiantly would because she would deserve them all!
1. Could not find my order even though I was told over the phone my order was ready.
One of the best BBQ restaurants in the Tri-Cities. Seven kinds of sauce. Excellent brisket and pulled pork. The fried pickles are delicious. Interesting decor and friendly staff. This is the kind of place that you want to try everything on the menu.
2. The orders both time were wrong. 1st time a cpl of years ago ordered a Honey Glazed Ham for a party of 10. This time ordered a Smoked Turkey Boneless Breast to feed 8 and dressing too. The attendant brought wheat was suppose to be my Smoked Turkey Breast. I asked her is this a Smoked Turkey Breast to feed 8? She said yes. Get home and it is a Honey Glazed Turkey Breast. Wrong again.
This is a great restaurant, I enjoyed the buffet. I purchased their ham salad again, 10 tubs and gave 5 to my friends. I am going to eat the rest. Go check it out, sit by the fireplace, the server was friendly and courteous. I will be back.
Second time in last couple of years where we tried ordering from Pratts BBQ .
We go there because they do a great job cooking, BUT A PITIFUL JOB WITH EVERYTHING ELSE!!!! There will NEVER be another Party's order from us!
There are a couple of common problems that happened each time.
I would not give them one star ,they were late for the wedding reception. The bartender was an hour late, plus they said they would put the extra food in boxes. They did not one thing they said,we paid a fortune for substandard care and quality. I tried to resolve this later ,they gave us 20$ in gift cards. I gave a family member 50$ for helping when they were not even there. Stay away they lie!!!!! Karen !!!!
