Great phone best place to get them from
There's so many things wrong with this location. First, the store ours are clearly posted outside of the ghetto store. But the store is not always open as the same hours, most the times don't even open on Sundays and the employees often take 2 hour lunches. I have had many terrible experiences but today topped them off. I arrived before the hour stated as closing, took my time looking for a phone, the employee did answer questions about the phone but once I had made my selection the employee told me "Sorry, we've already closed", it was past 7, and as a paying costumer I should've been waited on but the employee had 2 friends waiting for him in the parking lot. Which was obviously more important than making sure I had a phone. And the store needs some remodeling not only on the structure but also the costumer service and employees.
Friendly staff. It's a very hot store no air conditioning. There is only a single box fan for the employee and customers . You will burn up in mid summer. By the time I left after adding four lines? Soaked in sweat. I have complained nothing was done. I am a boost customer. Also there is no seating or bathrooms. If you are there a long time with activations prepare yourself. I spoke with a manger at sprint who assured me word would be passed a long to better that store. That was over a year ago. Nothing has changed. My trip back in the store to check on upgrades and sadly store was just as hot and that one box fan out for the whole store. Boost Mobile/Sprint could do better.
