Horrible business with no integrity whatsoever. My boyfriend bought a Honda from Justin Collins and was told the only thing the car needed was new struts. A week into owning the car, the struts, axle, bushings, ball joints, water pump, thermostat, alternator, head gasket, cylinder head, mobilizer, transponder key, heater core, speakers and tires have ALL had to be replaced. While having these issues, he has called Justin to complain about the condition of the car, and all he offered was to give him a used pair of struts from a lot where he keeps broken down and wrecked vehicles since that was the original agreement. At this business, they obviously only care about the vehicle running sufficiently enough to drive it off the lot for a sale, but after that it's YOUR problem. Was told there was nothing else he can do for him even though the amount we've had to spend on parts is only a little less than what is actually owed on the car. DO NOT buy a vehicle from Collins Auto.
Sold my little brother a truck that messed up before he even got it home. Would like to give you 0 stars but that's not an option. Hopefully you will do the right thing and reimburse him. That's the least you could do for selling it to him in the first place. Not a good way to do business. I feel you took advantage of him. Would not recommend.
Definitely extremely friendly. Jason, Justin and Barry Collins are some of the best people you will ever deal with buying a vehicle. The payments are always the same for everything. I have personally bought and paid for 3 vehicles from them and I will be buying a fourth from them when the time comes. I will never deal with another car lot as long as these guys are around!
Sold me a car still makeing payments and lost all the money I put into it when it blew up wouldent work with me or anything I don't recommend this dealer
