DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM. 18 year old student bought and desperately needed a good investment to get me through college which was 4 hours AWAY FORM HOME! I've had this vehicle for a year and half.... transmission replaced, clutches replaced twice, trip computer replaced. With all of these repairs having to be made every 6 months this horrible establishment sold me a defective car. I was also told i was getting discounts on the overhead cost of the car, those discounts were never applied on my paperwork, they are just a bunch of hungry shark liars. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE.
Also, prior to the above instance which took several visits and TONS of time that I do not have, I brought the truck in for it's first service and told them to rotate tires by spec per owners manual. After they reassured me they did, I called them out on a job done improperly. I labeled each tire to know they did not perform the rotation to spec.
Please head my warning: I am an upstanding citizen, loyal to all things proper in this country and world, a patriot, a healthcare provider to many of you reading this right now, an efficiency enthusiast, grew up a farmer, a veteran, a solid husband and outstanding dad, a great friend, and precise and clean as a whistle - I get no benefit from steering you wrong...DO NOT GO TO FAIRWAY FORD. Tell everyone you know.
Service here was an absolute waste of time. They replaced my entire rear diff and had my truck for days, which was not even the origin of the noise/problem...b/c it's still there, humming/grinding away! Thereafter, they told me there's nothing they can do regarding repairing paint literally flaking off of my brand new 2016 PRISTINE F150 steering wheel, as it was from an "outside source." I have done NOTHING to cause this damage, and it is BLATANTLY obvious it's a paint defect. The paint just bubbles up for no reason. BTW, The truck is still under full warranty at 15,000 miles. Uneducated, careless, and not willing to keep you safe nor happy - DO NOT visit Fairway Ford! I would give zero stars if able to.
I have a F250 diesel and this year alone they have saved me hundreds compared to other dealers on my routine maintenance. The nicest staff and best customer service I have ever had. I will be a customer for life. Thank you!
