I and my daughter stopped in too look at a BMW , excited at first. Well upon pulling in I noticed there was not many vehicles to choose from or any other customers looking. A salesman finally comes out, after he just put a cigarette out and asks us to come inside to look at one of the cars inside . Upon walking in we get these looks up and down . One in particular, he said his name was Mike and he was the general manager ... I Felt very uncomfortable with the way he was looking at my daughter in a sexually explicit manner. She is underage and this was very inappropriate behavior for a business that is supposed to be professional. His shirt was unbuttoned and it was incredibly awkward... I can’t believe the experience I had . We were completely repulsed by this behavior ! Don’t ever expect my business or anyone else I know. This man should be in jail , whoever runs this business needs to be aware of the filth .
When I bought my last Mercedes the sales staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the sale and delivery of my vehicle. I highly recommend going by and seeing one of the of the salesman if you're in the market. I just recently had a small warranty repair done last week and the service department was very easy to work with, just as in the past, very professional and polite.
I have owned my Mercedes for about 6 months now and on two occasions i have tried to call Rick Hill Imports to schedule service or have warranty work done. Both time i have received service well below standard the first occasion i left a message because no one was available to answer the phone and never received a call back. The most recent time i called to try and schedule warranty and recall work and was told they couldn't help me until November and after be given 2 options for an appointment the service dept rep.hung up on me. I hope other people continue to have better service than i have received from Rick Hill Imports

He helped me set my vehicle up, and I'm now loving every minute in my new Cayenne. I completely trust him and appreciate his service and help.
