Looking for furniture for a good price? Ashley has a large selection of furniture for every room in your home. We went to Ashley looking for a double recliner and as soon as we entered the store we were greeted with a smile and our sales person Wes Marshall was great.. We actually walked around twice before we decided on the one we wanted and a big Thanks to Wes for helping us. As we were doing the paper work my other half found a wonderful mattress that he had me sit and lay on and that's all it took we got the mattress to and at a great price.. A big Thanks also to Anna Bishop for getting our payments set up. We plan to go back to Ashley's for more furniture, they have a large selection great prices and great people to work with. I am a cautious shopper, so I was in and out of the Kingsport store several times, trying to figure out what I really needed and wanted. Josh and Gina were very patient with me, giving me great info and feedback, but letting me process my own decision. When I did decide, they worked together to make everything smooth and easy for me. You're both awesome!
Looking for furniture? Doug at Ashley Home Store is your guy! He was super helpful in helping us find our living room furniture. Gave us time to check out everything, then helped us with all the questions we had (and we had many!). Very friendly, incredibly nice and and truly authentic. We will be back to Ashley Home Store and we will ask for Doug again!
I bought a bedroom set from here and love it, but I had an issue with a price adjustment while it was on layaway. Rich was my sales person who is a super friendly and very helpful guy! He and the manager Kim was very helpful in taking care of the problem and making sure I was completely satisfied before I left the store. They are great to work with and I will defiantly be buying from this store again... and dealing with Rich for my purchase! I would highly recommend this store!
We had been here once before and didn't have a great sales associate. This time around we had an amazing one. Her name is Sarah if you ever need anything ask for her I highly recommend her. She gets you the best deals she can and works really hard to do what she can for you.
