Honestly they work with me I had one issue with an employee named Frank he lies an will say anything to you to come pick up your belongings however the store manager David will work with you an he understands. Frank will call you from his personal cell phone and then tell lies about payments ....but I went in the store and told him he is a liar and he was a little upset but he knew he had lied ....if you can just deal with the manager David your good!
Renting furniture from these guys they are very nice and have a great selection if they don't have what you're looking for they can order it for you
