Grand is probably the friendliest furniture store around. Enjoy a complimentary coke while you browse. They have both high end furniture and the cheap seats as well! Be sure to check out the bargain basement there as well.
Love this place I have bought 2 recliners from them and 1 of the recliners they helped me out gave me a deal cause the other recliner I looking for was gone ...All staff at Grands in Kingsport TN is awesome !!.
Special ordered furniture. Promised 4 week delivery. 5 weeks called...not in yet. 6 weeks called....not in yet. 7 weeks.....please check status of order....manufacturer never got it. Can process now but 5 week delivery...NO THANKS....never going back....ever
Salesman wouldn't listen to what I was wanting. He would show me what he liked or totally off the wall stuff. I would try to tell him exactly what I was looking for then he would ignore me and start talking about something different. He walked super fast. I'm disabled and I could not walk that fast.
Although I did not end up purchasing from them, I did enjoy my experience with them. They do have a large selection of different furniture. And they tend to sell more of higher end product, but they still have a few items for people on a budget. I will go back here again when it comes time for me to purchase additional furniture. Just didn't have what I wanted at this time.
