I have purchased several pieces of furniture here. The staff members are very helpful but don't overwhelm or smother you while you are shopping. They have a very large selection and the prices are really good!
Sold us a dirty, stained mattress & are refusing to fix it. Also, sold us a bed with headboard & footboard that are 2 different sizes...still waiting to see what they are doing to fix that. Meanwhile, my son has been going over 3 weeks without a bed. Tried helping out the hometown store & severely regretting it now...avoid at all cost. PS if you are willing to deliver to Nashville, it's not that much further to Memphis to fix your mistake.
Over priced, made in china garbage. On top of that, they want to charge extra to put the cheap furniture together.
After my furniture was scratched during delivery, by their employees, they refused to replace it.
Great place to buy furniture very affordable and the employees were very respectful.
