We love Dr. Steptoe at Indian path. He addresses all our concerns promptly and courteously. He is always kind and never degrading. He has great "bedside manners" and has no problem taking time to explain something to you in lay-mans terms. Also all the nurses we have ever dealt with are so sweet and nice! The only problem I have EVER had with this practice is the ladies who check us in and answer the phone. Most act so stuck up and rude. Have absolutely NO customer service or just don't care. I wont name names but she has been there a long time. Now this is not enough for us to leave. We love our dr. too much, but this woman's rudeness has tempted me to go some where else, and if we haven't been going here as long as we have then we might have left.
