Pros: Check in and check out were easy. They had adequate room for our family of 6. My kids enjoyed making their waffles for breakfast. I liked the position of the hotel on top of the hill with a great view. Cons: This was during the hurricane Irma evacuation, so between that and a visiting baseball tournament, the space was at full capacity. Our room was on the second floor above the pool, so we could hear the outside chatter clearly. There also happened to be a yappy dog somewhere on our floor, which made it hard to get rest. The door to our room would not close properly because the hinge was loose. I was the only one in my family who could lift the door to close it. I don't think they vacuumed the floors because my kids bare feet were blackened after running around the room for an hour. Even with all the negatives, I would stay here again, because of the price. It was better than I expected, but it wasn't perfect.

Very nice Hotel, elegant entrance and decor, friendly staff, the rooms were very very clean, BIG BOUS POINTS!!! It was an urgent trip that had to be made last minute. My Father-in-law had passed away suddenly and I explained the situation and they discounted my room more that what their nightly rate was. I was shocked they offered. Very appreciative!!!! Would definitely stay there again!!!

This hotel is currently under construction the room we stayed in was newly renovated and they did a great job on the overall look. We did have some issues though, when we booked online we were told we were getting a king bed suite but instead our bed was a queen bed, the staff did not explain that to us because the afternoon attendant was NOT very friendly. Our bed also had an indentation in the middle from being older and the sheets felt kind of rough. We couldn't get the room cool enough to our liking at night. Also since this hotel is under construction there is literally no where to park at night because half of the parking lot is taken up by storage containers. This was just an okay room/experience for the money.

Nice modern rooms. Rooms were clean and we're kept up very well. Housekeeping did a great job replenishing everything each day. The continental breakfast wasn't the best, but usually aren't anyway.

Stayed for two nights with 3 adults and 2 middle school aged children and very pleased with the stay and cheaper than I would of expected! The rooms are very spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. We wished the bathrooms had an exhaust fan not just an exhaust vent but not a huge deal. Pool wasn't very large but would only be an issue of more than maybe 2 families were in it at once. Lastly the continental breakfast was excellent for your typical continental breakfast expectations.
