I drove from Knoxville to see a Toyota truck that they had listed. I dealt with Sam on the phone and she told me of the condition and every detail she knew about the truck. With my expectations low, I was surprised as they were far exceeded and everything that I was told was true. When you buy a used vehicle, the individual selling it doesn't know the complete history of the car, but Sam was as honest and forthcoming as she was able to be.
