Outside well maintained and nice. Rooms ok but the ac was lacking .Check in was easy but down hill from that point. I called to get a menu for room service but they never brought one so we went to the meadows to eat and waited 10 minutes at the hostess stand and no one came to seat us. An employee came in and out going outside 4 times but never asked if we needed help. Overall all I like the place but service is lacking. If good service I would give 4 maybe 5 stars.
I would leave 0 Stars if I could. Customer service was terrible. I was not able to receive my Corporate rate because I did not bring Corporate ID. (Who travels with a corporate ID card?) I have never had to present this before at any Marriott hotel - and use this rate whenever I travel. I will never stay at this location ever again. Front desk insinuated that I was lying. Very unprofessional.
I attended a wedding there. The courtyard was lovely. The reception room was nice. The staff did there job well. The seating of the guests could have been handled a little better. Overall it was a really nice experience.
This is a really good find between Bristol and Knoxville but definitely close to the TN boarder. Impressive facility to host a variety of events along with the connected golf course. The property is nice and feels secluded while easy to access. Resturant and bar are well above average and they even have a Starbucks cafe. There are numerous little hideaways to work and collaborate. The rooms are clean and on par with many Marriott category 6 rooms. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Free valet service to awards members.
I personally want to thank Jeff and everyone at the front desk. I stayed here 12/11/17 and it was perfect. Jeff and his crew made sure that I had absolutely no issues while I was here on official business. And per his recommendation the ribeye steak was PERFECT at the hotel restaurant. Best travel experience I've had this entire year.
